Join us for a day of wellness as we explore what it means to be well: body, mind, and spirit. Participate in engaging and interactive workshops. Learn from female experts in the fields of health, fitness and wellness. Try our fitness demos or explore the wellness marketplace. Uncover the secrets to using self care as healthcare! Who should attend?

This event is for ladies of all ages and stages from 13 years old and up. "What Women Want" is an event created for women, by women to explore the benefits of using self-care as healthcare. Bring your girlfriends, family members, co-workers and any other woman who is ready to be empowered to live well.

Why should I attend?

You should attend "What Women Want" because this will be the place to learn how to truly care for your total self: mind, body and spirit. We have gathered some of the best female experts in the area in the fields of health, fitness and wellness to share their knowledge and expertise with you. Nowhere else will you be able to access these amazing entrepreneurs at one time. Pick their brains, explore their services, shop their products and absorb all that they have to offer. We have wellness workshops, fitness demos, nutrition, shopping, Reiki, massage and more for you to try out and explore. "What Women Want" is also a fundraising event. SMILE4Fitness will donate a portion of the proceeds to Free to Breathe, and organization that funds the research for prevention, diagnosis, treatment and cure for lung cancer patients. A portion of every ticket sold for "What Women Want" goes toward research and support for critical lung cancer survival. What better way to get what you want and share your smile?

What to expect?

Get ready to relax, relate and release during this day of wellness created for women by women. Dress to express yourself through movement, music, meditation, motivation and more! Wear your comfortable workout gear as we will participate in fitness demos. Explore new and familiar health, fitness and wellness products and services in our wellness marketplace. Enjoy samples, demos, raffles and mini workshops from vendors and exhibitors. Get ready to find your motivation and lose your excuse, as we explore how to care for our self to better manage our health.

What is the cost?

The cost of this event is $35 for early bird registration. Your registration includes admission to workshops, lunch and access to the wellness marketplace of vendors and exhibitors. Early bird admission expires on March 8, 2018 and increases to $45 for general admission. The early bird gets the discount!


Your lunch includes a whole fruit, pasta salad, chips, and a dessert. Lunch options include:

Shrimp salad wrap

Curry chicken salad with cranberries and toasted almond wrap

Veggie option - Grilled portabella mushroom with Boursin cheese and roasted red peppers

In consideration of my participation, I hereby waive and release any and all claims against SMILE4Fitness LLC, and all of their agents and assigns, now or in the future, from any injury or damages that I may sustain during my participation in this event. I the undersigned assume all risks associated with participating in this event and grant full permission for organizers to use photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event.





  • Student Ticket


    The student ticket is for young ladies from ages 13 to 17 years old. Let's start early teaching our girls how to care for themselves to preserve their health. There is a $1.05 fee included in the price of this ticket.




  • General Admission


    Early bird admission ends on March 8, 2018. General admission tickets increase to $45.00 on March 9, 2018. There is a $1.75 fee included in the price of this ticket.




  • Event Vendor


    Join SMILE4Fitness LLC as an event vendor of our "What Women Want" Wellness Workshops. Promote and sell your products and services to help our women learn how to use self care as health care. There is a $2.00 service fee included in the price of this ticket.




  • Sponsor ticket
