CORECare is a 30 minute, power-packed class designed to help you develop core strength, stability and endurance. You will tighten tone and test your core with a variety of exercises that go far beyond a sit-up! It's not just abs!

Boot Camp

Get ready for my cardio-blasting, body-toning, energizing signature boot camp. Burn calories, tone up, and increase your endurance with my unique theme-based workouts like you’ve never done before. All fitness levels are welcome.
Fitness Field Trips

If you are planning, pregnant or postpartum, I have all your fitness needs. Learn about the benefits of exercising before, during and after pregnancy. I can design a health and fitness program for you, no matter what stage of pregnancy you’re in! You do not have to stop exercising because you’re having a baby. Pregnancy does not have to be an excuse. In fact, some of the benefits of exercising while pregnant include “increased energy levels, reduced pregnancy discomfort, decreased labor time and speedier recovery and regaining your pre-pregnancy shape sooner.”
Join us on one of our Fitness Field Trips. We set the destination and you come along for the ride. Learn all that's offered in today's world of fitness by exploring various studios, clubs, parks and so much more. Find your fitness self with this adventure, where we try everything from spin class to bungee fitness! We're Going on a Field Trip!
