Stop Making Insane Lazy Excuses 4 Fitness

My name is Linaya Johnson, and I have created this company SMILE4Fitness LLC to help people to Stop Making Insane Lazy Excuses 4 Fitness! That's what SMILE stands for. My favorite thing in the world is Smiley faces, and my favorite thing to do is Workout. So after praying, and planning, I have decided to take my experience, my passion, and my education and put them all together to create SMILE4Fitness LLC.

 

Exercising is the one thing I do in life WITHOUT making EXCUSES! Rain, shine, snow and cold, I will make time to get a workout in. Even when I was PREGNANT, and had the best excuse in the world, I ran up until I was 7 and a half months pregnant... only stopping because my daughter became too heavy to carry while running. And when I couldn't run, I increased my walking and yoga classes.....So what's my point. There are many people who don't share my love 4 exercising. They would rather do anything else in the world. And that's when the excuses come in. Here are a few... SMILE if you've used one of these.. "It's raining. It's too hot. I don't have time. I don't have money. I don't know how to begin. I'm too tired. I'm too big to exercise" (You should be SMILING right now).Well my mission is to help you get rid of those excuses! Education and exercise is what I excel at. Exercise doesn't have to be a horrible thing that you have to do!! The key is to find what you like to do and incorporate it in your daily life. If you're not a runner... then walk; not a walker... try skating, or biking. Maybe you don't like weights, try some bands, or balls, or just use yourself!! It's cheap and it works.

 

That's where I come in. My purpose is to positively influence and expose as many people as possible to the benefits of proper health and fitness education. Maybe you dislike working out because you haven't found what motivates you; or, you're not sure if your doing something correctly. My mission is to offer people an NO EXCUSES approach to becoming fit, with the utmost regard for their safety, health and ENJOYMENT, where other methods have previously failed. This means that I will work to find what motivates you. I won't just make you hammer out 50 push ups... (although I LOVE THEM). I will consider your age, your ability level, previous injuries or ailments, and your interest. I am the QUEEN of OPTIONS.That's why I offer theme based workouts - like you've never done before. I've got hoops, balls, bands, weights, hi & low, and fast & slow (just to name a few workouts). I will train women, men, children, seniors, athletes, non-athletes....and anyone who wants to get rid of their EXCUSES and GET FIT! And the best part is... I can even help you stay fit if you're pregnant!! I can guide you safely through an exercise program regardless of your stage of pregnancy; as well as help you to rebuild your body after you deliver.

 

Everyone is good at something! Exercising and Educating is what I do. So whether you want to try just one workout with me to see if I can motivate you, or you want to become a SMILER or boot-camper.... give me a try. I guarantee you will want to Stop Making Insane Lazy Excuses 4 Fitness!
