If you don't use it, you will lose it! This is a series of press handstands. The most difficult is the one that escapes me - the straddle press (top left video). This is a skill that I have done FOR years, but haven't done IN years. It is the ultimate example of corestrength. After dealing with back, shoulder and foot injuries last year, I refrained from doing these skills. Thankfully, I can still do the other versions - split press (bottom left video), standing press (top right video), and a pike press (bottom right video). BUT, the straddle up takes a great deal of hip, shoulder, CORE, and mental strength. So now starts my mission to regain this ability. I'll post my porgress, and I won't give up! But as the saying goes... IF YOU DON'T USE IT, YOU WILL LOSE IT!
